No. We customise from 1 unit. And the more garments of the same model, the better the price: it drops from 11, 26, 51 and 101 units, even across different sizes, colours or designs. If you need more than 20 garments, you get a personal adviser.
Which techniques do you use?
In the online shop, DTF printing. For businesses and large orders we also do embroidery and screen printing, on quotation. We don't do all-over printing, stripes or colour blocks (those are woven and sewn at the factory), or replicas of official kits, crests or registered trademarks.
What is the maximum design size?
33 cm on the short side and 60 cm on the long side. The designer won't let you exceed that size and shows the real size in centimetres as you design.
How much does it cost to customise a garment?
Each area you customise is added to the garment price: €2.50 + VAT (€3.03) if the design in that area fits in 10 × 10 cm (small logo) and €4.50 + VAT (€5.45) if it is bigger. With 2 or more areas, customisation is 15% off. The final unit price is rounded up to the nearest 10 cents. Shipping costs €6.00 and is free on orders from €50.00. All prices on the site include VAT.
How long does delivery take?
Between 5 and 7 working days after we approve your design.
What if my design can't be made?
We check every design before production. If yours can't be made with our techniques, we refund the full amount, shipping included, and explain why. We never produce anything without approving it first.
Can I return a garment?
Uncustomised garments, yes: you have 14 calendar days from delivery. Customised garments are made to order and can't be returned, unless they are faulty: all our garments, including customised ones, have a 3-year legal guarantee (repair or replacement, whichever you choose, or, if that isn't possible, a price reduction or a refund), at no cost to you.
What image should I upload?
The higher the resolution, the better: ideally a PNG with a transparent background. If you have your logo as a vector file (AI, PDF or SVG), get in touch and we'll prepare it so it comes out perfectly.
